Agreement
These terms govern your use of Provizo. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your company.
Accounts and seats
Each seat is for one named user. Your buyers on a Provizo storefront do not need seats. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Fees
Fees are per seat, by module, as set out in your order. Founding rates stay fixed for the term stated in your order and renew at that rate while your account stays active.
Your data
You own your data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
Use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Third-party services
Distributor, marketplace and other integrations are provided by their owners and governed by their terms.
Availability
We aim for the uptime in our Service Level Agreement and give notice of planned maintenance.
Liability
Each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement at the end of a term. We'll make your data available for export for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
