Who we are
Provizo, Inc. provides an operating platform for IT resellers and managed service providers. This policy explains how we handle personal information on provizo.ai and in the Provizo platform.
What we collect
Account details such as name, work email and company; information you put into the platform, including customer, product and order records; payment details processed by our payment partners; and usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser.
How we use it
To provide and secure the platform, process payments, provide support, improve the product, and send service messages. We send marketing only where permitted and you can opt out at any time.
Customer data
Records you store about your own customers belong to you. We process them on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum and never sell them.
Sharing
With subprocessors that help us run the service, such as hosting and payments, under written agreements; when required by law; or in a business transfer with notice to you.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within 90 days of closure, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email privacy@provizo.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
